I believe in the power of free creative play and expression. The act of art-making holds enormous impact for shifting energy and supporting your emotions and challenges. It is a beautiful force that offers a deep opportunity for self connection.

I create stunning visual pieces that require the skills, technique and experience that I've gained along my creative journey. You will see these pieces available for purchase in my Studio Shop.

Whilst these pieces are an important part of my art practice, I do not believe that everything I create must be perfect or even any good. I make a lot of terrible, messy art, mainly in my sketchbook. Freely, meeting myself where I am in the moment. Sometimes this means a long sketching session and sometimes it means some quick abstract marks with a paint brush or any other mixed media I can lay my hands on.
